For pregnant women or those planning for a family: S.A.C.R.E.D is a personalised and holistic 8-week coaching and mentoring program for women on their journey into motherhood. Uschi is trained and experienced in offering a blend of holistic life coaching & mentoring, stress reduction, breath work, mindful communication, and birth education if desired.
S.A.C.R.E.D offers a safe space for women to address issues related to pregnancy, birth and parenting as well as other areas of life that are affected by the arrival of a new baby, such as family and friends, romantic partners, health, spirituality, career, finances etc.
