Valley Project Membership

Membership of the Valley Project is free and available to anyone living in the North East Valley area, which are the suburbs that sit in the valley of the Lindsay Creek and on the flanking slopes of Pine Hill, Mt Cargill, and Signal Hill.

If you live outside this immediate location, you may join by application in writing and approval by the Executive Committee. Please email project@northeastvalley.org.

Membership means

Personal invitation to General Meetings.
Ability to call a Special Meeting (see our Constitution).
Eligibility for nomination to the Executive Committee at AGM in June.

Attend the AGM

Be engaged with the Valley project in some capacity. When you become a member, we will not share your contact details or use your email except for Valley Project purposes.

How to renew membership

Membership is renewed annually when the upcoming AGM is announced. Current members have the opportunity to retain membership for the following year, or opt out.

How to resign membership

In writing addressed to the Secretary project@northeastvalley.org and to be removed from the membership list.
