Valley Project Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting

The meeting is for members of the North East Valley Community Development Project Incorporated Society. Membership of the Valley Project is free and available to people and groups/organisations living, working, or attending education in the North East Valley area, which is those suburbs that sit in the valley of the Lindsay Creek and on the flanking slopes of Pine Hill, Mt Cargill and Signal Hill.

You may join the society at the AGM or by popping into the Community Rooms to complete a form, or by completing this membership form. 

If you live outside this immediate location, you may join upon application in writing and approved by the Executive Committee. Please email project@northeastvalley.org.

SGM 2024 - Important Information

The Valley Project held a Special General Meeting to change its constitution. This is so The Valley Project meets its obligations under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

The meeting was held on 10 April at The Valley Project Community Rooms.

2023 AGM will be held on 20th June at 6:00pm at The Valley Project Community Rooms.

Nominations can be sent to the returning officer James Sutherland - james@northeastvalley.org. Nominations can also be taken off the floor on the night of the AGM. 

The membership fee will also be decided at the AGM for the following financial year.
