Changing Ways specialises in supporting people to live healthy, happy and productive lives. We take a neuroscience brain care approach to help people with anxiety, depression, fatigue and trauma.

In 2022 Changing Ways is running free “Switching off at Night” talks to help calm the brain, reduce stress and have a restful sleep.
