Mondays and Thursdays 9am to 5pm. Wednesdays 12pm to 5pm. Evening appointments by negotiation.
Counselling for Relationships and Individuals. WINZ accredited.

I value the unique talents, cultural background and resources everyone brings to issues in their life and I am committed to letting these guide our work together. I am not afraid to be with people in their dark places, and jointly we can choose a safe pace for healing and new strengths.

Specialist areas: Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Grief & Loss, Life Transitions, Mental Health, Relationships, Self Esteem/Identity, Self-harm, Sexual Abuse, Stress, Suicide, Third Culture Issues, Trauma.

This is a low cost counselling service to ensure that those who need it can access the support they desire.
